Hello, and welcome to my humble little food blog, the Little Relish.  This blog is a tribute if you will, to the food connoisseur inside of me.  To the girl who is up at 3am baking salted caramel brownies to find that one perfect recipe.   To the girl who loves her mi-goreng just as much as a plate of lobster ravioli.  Currently residing in South-East Queensland, Australia, this anonymous little blog is a little escape from the daily grind for me.  Studying to be a medical doctor at university can be very intensive at times, but it is the greatest passion I have in my life.  Food is second.  Follow me as I embark on an adventure of the gastronomic kind.
